SuSanA at World Water Week 2024

SuSanA will be present at the World Water Week 2024 in Stockholm! We are excited to share with you that we are planning to have our annual SuSanA meeting, the on-site SuSanA booth, and to host a Stronger Together! Women´s Mingle for female water and sanitation professionals. Please find a short description of our activities and events below

34th SuSanA Meeting (Sat. August 24th from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CEST, SEI Lounge)

This one-day event will provide a platform for SuSanA Partners, Members, Working Groups, Regional Chapters, and others to meet and exchange ideas. Expect engaging pitches, group discussions, and presentations focused on SuSanA's thematic priorities. The meeting will be hybrid.

Joint Evening - SuSanA Get-together (Sat. August 24th from 7.00 pm CEST, Djurgårdsbron - Sjöcafé)

Holy Shit Movie Screening (Sun. August 25th from 6.00 pm CEST, Zita Cinema)

We are happy to announce that we have managed to organise another Holy Shit film screening, this time in Stockholm. It will take place on Sunday the 25th of August at 18:00. Similar to the screening in Bonn, we will have a panel discussion afterwards. To stay informed about this event, please keep an eye on our events page and secure your ticket via the cinema's website.

SuSanA Booth (August 25th to 29th; Waterfront Congress Centre)

If you're planning to visit the World Water Week in Stockholm, make sure to drop by the joint Swiss Water Partnership (SWP) and SuSanA booth to meet, connect, exchange, and push the agenda towards achieving the SDGs through sustainable sanitation. Along with members of our SuSanA Secretariat we will bring you key literature of current sanitational developments! Check out the demonstrations at the booth below and stay tuned for further updates.

Stronger Together! Water Women Evening Mingle and Networking (August 27th 18:00; in-person or online)

Join us for a women-only meet and mingle event. Enjoy food and drinks while connecting with incredible women from around the world who share your passion for tackling water and sanitation challenges. This is a great chance to expand your network of fellow water women!

Can't make it in person? No worries! We’ll also host a virtual networking event on Zoom simultaneously to ensure as many water women as possible can join.
