Biogas: a heap of gold...

How biogas harnesses the environment and raises living standards. Video from 1991 with explanations about biogas systems and examples taken from ten years of work of the biogas dissemination programme of German development cooperation, GATE (German Appropriate Technology Exchange). The video also discuss technical aspects and presents different biogas models: Dom model (China), Gobar model (India), Borda model, Tunnel model and low-tech models with plastic bags. Some examples from Tunisia, Tanzania, Belize, Thailand are also presented. The video is available in English, French, Spanish and German.
