This document is Annex 2 of the ESR2 Evaluation Report. This report presents the findings of an end-of-programme evaluation of the EcoSanRes Programme, Phase 2 (ESR2), a programme implemented by the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) and financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
The evaluation had two main purposes:
? To make a backward-looking assessment of the performance of the programme in meeting its objectives and producing the expected results.
? To provide recommendations on how capacity built by the programme and lessons learned, can be used to support future similar programmes and initiatives and guide donor support to sustainable sanitation.
You can obtain the full evaluation report via madeleine.fogde@sei.se.
