This document is Annex 10 of the ESR2 Evaluation Report. This report presents the findings of an end-of-programme evaluation of the EcoSanRes Programme, Phase 2 (ESR2), a programme implemented by the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) and financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
The evaluation had two main purposes:
? To make a backward-looking assessment of the performance of the programme in meeting its objectives and producing the expected results.
? To provide recommendations on how capacity built by the programme and lessons learned, can be used to support future similar programmes and initiatives and guide donor support to sustainable sanitation.
