Interwaste R&D (EA) Trust

Interwaste R&D (EA) Trust is a non profit, community welfare based registered in Kenya and focusing to all African countries.,with its Board and Certificate of incorporation. We are targeting improving solid waste,wastewater and WASH (rural and urban) management and adding value to the three areas by using advanced technologies currently available for conservation of environment, eradication of poverty and diseases.
The Trust proposed priority initiatives include but not limited to: 1) Promotion of waste resources recovery education in universities in the region;2)Facilitation of urban/rural water, sanitation and hygiene initiative in the region;3) Facilitation of Climate Change issues, solutions and campaigns in the region;4) Facilitation of infrastructure/ facilities developments in the region;5) Facilitation of urban waste (solid+wastewater) to energy for sustainable developments for cities in the region;6) Facilitation of R&D activities in areas listed above.

We need strategic and specialized partners, volunteers (experts),universities with relevant expertise, investors, donors, international NGOs, foundations and charities for partnerships and funding to improve our communities lives, wellbeing, eradication of poverty and diseases while enhancing Africa economic growth. We would appreciate to partner with UNEP/UN-HABITAT/UNIDO/UNDP/UN Global Compact/GEF/AfDB/ICLEI/CTCN/GWP and others for delivery of training, capacity building and implementation servces for these noble initiatives in counties, national and in African Countries. We also value respect and willingness to establish Anti-Corruption/ fraud systems in our operations. We have been given GWP-PARTNER status which is nice.
