To develop a plan for universal access to safe sanitation in Warangal City in Andhra Pradesh, India with a focus on the poor leading to an open-defecation free city by providing non-networked services with the involvement of private sector;
To implement sanitation solutions for the city of Warangal in India that are non-networked, cover the entire sanitation value chain, are equitable, sustainable, tailored to local needs and suited to local policy and physical environment
