Baby WASH Toolkit Version I World Vision (2017)

BabyWASH at World Vision is an initiative which aims to improve the integration of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) interventions with maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH), nutrition and early childhood development (ECD), to enable a more profound impact on child health outcomes in the first 1,000 days of life. The initiative was developed due to a recognised gap in the integration in these sectors in World Vision programming. This toolkit (which was developed prior to the advent of the Nurturing Care Framework) describes key principles and strategies for multi-sectoral programming supporting maternal and young child health.
