Testing a Digital Platform’s Ability to Recreate the Success of Rural Community-Led Total Sanitation in Urban Communities IDEO.org and Water and Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP) will design and test the hypothesis that a digital platform can recreate the success of ClTS, a method for stimulating improved sanitation demand through the use of social pressure.
