The Indian Government will receive up to $1.5 billion from the world bank for support to rural sanitation in all states of the country. There is a $25 million TA (technical assistance) budget associated with this loan, managed by WSP. The majority of this TA budget is focused on MODWS at federal level, with some support to Bihar, UP and other lagging states.
