The health kets distribution activity was implemented in Zone 2, Al-Ta’aziah District, where the distribution process was carried out with (20,000) bags for (20,000) beneficiary families, which were targeted by the awareness process during the first phase.

The environmental and water sanitation activity was also implemented within the framework of the four targeted districts, which included the rehabilitation of (14) sites in the sewage network that were damaged for long periods and that people were suffering greatly as a result of sewage overflow and black water foci gathering causing a lot of damage during the previous periods, including smell and spreading diseases and epidemics for them and depriving people of breathing fresh air and enjoying it even in their homes near the hotbeds of sewage overflow.

Rehabilitation and restoration of (7) exposed surface water wells to improve water quality in rural villages in the Al-Ta’aziah district, and the intervention was made by creating a circular wall (fence) to protect the well from falling children, animals and waste, and creating an engineering-designed iron shelter to cover the well during times of non-use and open it in an easy and dynamic way. To contribute to reducing pollution of the open wells.

And the restoration of (12) toilets (bathrooms) in health centers, which were damaged and destroyed in some parts of them.

The removal of waste and garbage from (9) sites of floods in Taiz Al-Madina and disposing of them outside the city, which had accumulated large quantities until it became a real problem that threatens the surrounding community as a result of the gathering of insects, parasites and viruses and transferring them to people especially for the children.
