The review was carried out in 3 cities in India (Wai, Sinnar, Warangal) and 4 cities in Bangladesh (Khulna, Kushtia, Jhenaidah, Faridpur). The focus of the review was on good practices and challenges emerging from these cities during the process of SLA design and implementation, the potential for SLA approaches to achieve inclusiveness in service provision and the sustainability of programme actions beyond partnership period.
