Growing up at school A guide to menstrual management for school girls Kanyemba, A. (2011)

This book is on menstrual management for Zimbabwean schoolgirls and describes the problems all girls face, and how to deal with them in a practical way. Several of the girls' own stories are told and we hope that by combining the education in this book with down to earth advice, this will enlighten the girls and allow them to manage their days of menstruation more easily and effectively. This book is also available in Shona and Ndebele.
